Our philosophy at Shades of Green is not to
apply chemicals first when it comes to plant pests. We prefer to take a more natural approach,
like hand picking the Japanese beetles off of a rose bush. Other times, we let nature takes its
course. We realize that the more
natural approach is not always as quick and sometimes not as effective. For that reason, we do offer a selection of
controls for the common ailments. Plants with low vigor are more susceptible to insects and diseases. To ensure the survivability of your plants, we highly recommend regular fertilizing. Shades of Green carries several different types of fertilizers that have been selected based on your gardening style. |
