Just What The Doctor Ordered
When it comes to plant
pests, our philosophy at Shades of Green is not to apply chemicals where they
are not necessary. We have always preferred to take a more natural
approach, such as hand picking the Japanese beetles off of a rose bush or
finding a green solution to a problem. Other times, we let nature take
its course. We realize that the more natural approach is not always as
quick and sometimes not as effective. For that reason, we do offer a
selection of controls for the common ailments.
Plants with low vigor
are more susceptible to insects and diseases. To ensure the survivability of
your plants, we highly recommend regular fertilizing. Shades of Green
carries several different types of fertilizers that have been selected based on
your gardening style.
